The Digital Roll-fed Print Operator position is responsible for a combination of work produced on all digital roll-fed engines including all in-line and near-line finishing attachments (pre and post) associated with each engine as directed by production supervisors. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the work in accordance with our safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency and process reliability expectations. The Digital Roll-fed Print Operator may be required to perform other print or finishing job functions as needed.
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies systems, provides testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's needs. Has knowledge of the Microsoft .NET development tools and environments. Supports and/or installs software applications as they relate to supporting implementation. Consults with users to identify current business operating procedures and to clarify project objectives. May be expected to write documentation to describe project development, logic, coding, and corrections.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred; minimum five years' sales experience required. Candidates must be solutions-oriented, comfortable engaging at the C-level, and have a proven sales record with excellent communication skills. Digital print experience and software background a plus.
The Director, Business Development will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company, actively prospecting for new accounts, and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. This position will develop and execute a strategic plan with a heavy emphasis on generating new business through prospecting, generating leads, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and successfully closing the business. This position will provide excellent customer service in order to build positive relationships and create sustainable repeat business.
Bachelor's degree required; four to ten years related experience and/or training in purchasing, accounting, or business-related field required.
The Buyer/Estimator is responsible for performing company processes related to all aspects of the Purchasing department. This position works closely with the Purchasing Manager to assure an efficient control of company purchases, competitive pricing for materials of desired quality, and the availability of supplies and materials to ensure a continuous manufacturing process. The Buyer/Estimator will also support many aspects of the Estimating department including accurately determining the estimated cost of producing customer jobs, applying corporate pricing guidelines, and issuing price quotations to the customer in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be conscientious with high cognitive ability and possess initiative, responsibility, leadership potential, and a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; Zero - five years related experience and/or training
Experience with printer management, Active Directory account and group management preferred
Experience with monitoring a help desk and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues preferred
Experience with Networking troubleshooting and Cisco products and software preferred
This position is responsible for providing support of our internal systems at our Headquarters and our offsite data center as well as assisting any additional locations. The successful candidate must be a leader who is proactive and can effectively communicate, document projects and systems as well as prioritize multiple issues and projects at once in a fast paced environment. They should also be able to develop action plans and deliver results on time. Experience with numerous hardware and software platforms including but not limited to VMware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange, as well as Cisco switches are essential to the success of this position.
