  • ​High School diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Must possess working knowledge of and ability to use a computer
  • Experience and/or training working with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Must possess valid driver's license

Job Summary

The Distribution Clerk is responsible for carrying out the Best and Proper Ship method of all distribution copies in the department; performing the final quality check of the product; packaging appropriately for efficiency, safety and security; completing all jobs with correct documentation, and returning/storing all customer supplied material as specified by the job ticket. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the work in accordance with our safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency and process reliability expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accurately completes all jobs (planned and/or Print On Demand), according to job specifications; reviews job ticket in its entirety, for planned orders prior to starting the job and follows the instructions
  • Performs the final quality check and completes orders through the proper flowpath using appropriate documentation, packaging, labeling, and ship method; reviews packing list in its entirety prior to shipping to ensure accuracy
  • Preserves customer materials in clean and undamaged condition
  • Assigns and arranges for quoting and shipping via 3rd party LTLs and major parcel carriers as required
  • Updates spreadsheets/systems as required
  • Produces and prints reports as required
  • Send Advance Ship Notices through EDI or emails as required
  • Learns and works with other programs as required
  • Coordinates and maintains appropriate inventory levels of supplies and materials from appropriate resources (ex: boxes, envelopes, bill of lading forms, totes, packaging material, etc.)
  • Communicates information that is both complete and pertinent to the position during the shift change
  • Fill in as back-up driver as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Part-Time252ndMonday - Friday 2pm - 7pm PART-TIME DISTRIBUTION CLERK

​High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; six months related experience and/or training preferred.

Job Summary

Full-Time401stMonday - Friday 3pm - 11pm DIGITAL ROLL FED PRINT OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Six months related experience and/or training preferred
  • Electronic print experience preferred.
  • General computer knowledge required

​The Digital Roll-fed Print Operator position is responsible for a combination of work produced on all digital roll-fed engines including all in-line and near-line finishing attachments (pre and post) associated with each engine as directed by production supervisors.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the work in accordance with our safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency and process reliability expectations. The Digital Roll-fed Print Operator may be required to perform other print or finishing job functions as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university in Computer Science or Information Systems required
  • Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of relational database management systems, web servers, operating systems, HTML and JavaScript concepts required

​Reviews, analyzes, and modifies systems, provides testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's needs.  Has knowledge of the Microsoft .NET development tools and environments.  Supports and/or installs software applications as they relate to supporting implementation.  Consults with users to identify current business operating procedures and to clarify project objectives. May be expected to write documentation to describe project development, logic, coding, and corrections.

Full-Time401stM - F DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

​Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred; minimum five years' sales experience required. Candidates must be solutions-oriented, comfortable engaging at the C-level, and have a proven sales record with excellent communication skills. Digital print experience and software background a plus.

​The Director, Business Development will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company, actively prospecting for new accounts, and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. This position will develop and execute a strategic plan with a heavy emphasis on generating new business through prospecting, generating leads, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and successfully closing the business. This position will provide excellent customer service in order to build positive relationships and create sustainable repeat business.
