The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; 5-7 years related experience and/or training in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP designation preferred.  The successful candidate will possess the ability to build relationships with all levels of employees and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrate leadership, practical business acumen and innovative problem solving skills; have a working knowledge of all areas of HR; and possess the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures and programs designed to ensure that an adequately compensated, trained and motivated workforce is available to meet the Companies' current and future organization needs and company goals, as well as complying with governmental laws and regulations.  Areas of focus and responsibility include, but may not be limited to, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance and Legal Issues, Policies and Procedures, Employment, Employee Training, Development and Appraisal Programs, Employee Relations, HRIS, Human Resource Administration and Company Safety and Work Comp programs.  This position reports to the Sr. Vice President and has some supervisory responsibilities.

​High School diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience and/or training preferred.

​The part-time Utility Finishing Operator is responsible for work performed at the hand bindery, kitting and warehousing operations.  The primary job function for this position is to fill any staffing needs within the Finishing Department.

​High School diploma or general education (GED); six months related experience and/or training preferred.

​The part-time Distribution Clerk is responsible for performing the final quality check of the product; packaging appropriately for efficiency, safety and security; completing all jobs with correct documentation, and returning/storoing all customer supplied material as specified by the job ticket.
